Doris Mullin -- Doris Mullin of Blades went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, Feb. Doris was a secretary for the Seaford School District for 41 years, starting right after graduating from high school.
She was an active member of Blades United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Robert Mullin; a sister, Mary Hastings of Blades; two sons, James Mullin of Blades and Steven Mullin (Tammi) of Seaford; four grandchildren, Robbie Mullin (Sarah) of Magnolia, Derek Mullin of Seaford, Tara Phillips (Jake) of Seaford and Tyler Mullin of Seaford; and three great-grandchildren, Christian Mullin, Devon Mullin and Jeremy Mullin of Magnolia. Verdie Page Burris -- Verdie Page Burris, 77, of Seaford, passed away on Sunday, Jan. A celebration of life service will be held at 1 p.m. 10, at the Church of God & Saints of Christ, 10016 Concord Rd., Seaford, with a viewing one hour prior.

Mary graduated from Wicomico High School in Salisbury, Md.
She was a 20 year employee of Walmart and a 19 year member of Post 19 Auxiliary, Laurel American Legion.
She is survived by her husband, Barry; daughter, Margaret Hassman and husband Jack of Dover; her son, Richard Gray and fiancé Vicki of Seaford; and her grandchildren, Brianne, Emily, Alex, Hunter and Jon.

Louise Smack Allen -- Louise Smack Allen, 95, passed away on Sunday, Feb. She graduated from Pocomoke City High School and subsequently held various clerical and retail positions.
